I build the page for your procedure before you pay anything.
NeoSenzu builds the patient-acquisition funnel for one high-ticket procedure at a time: the ad, the page it lands on, and the follow-up that books the assessment.
Got my email? Just reply to it. That is the fastest way.
Ask for a page for your clinicYou have the page I built for you. To go ahead, reply to my email. One line is enough.
Open the page I built for youFounder-led by Saif Hobbi. Every price is on this site.
See the prices
- The band at the top: not a client, no real patients.
- Price and monthly payment, side by side.
- One action: request the assessment.
- Page built before you pay
- Prices public in USD
- Staged payments on projects
- You own every account
Counted per procedure, from the click to the booked assessment.
Three parts, built for one procedure.
The ad.
A Google or Meta ad written for one procedure, such as the sleeve. It runs from your own ad account.
The page it lands on.
One page for that procedure. Your price, your financing, your surgeon, one form. Built on your site or on a subdomain.
The follow-up.
What happens after the form: the call-back, the emails and texts, in your CRM. It ends at a booked assessment.
Each part is measured: form fills, calls from the page, booked assessments. The number I report is cost per booked assessment, for that procedure.
Where enquiries leak
- The ad sends a procedure searcher to a general page.
- The form comes in, and nobody calls back that day.
I build for those two points first.
Private address. Not linked anywhere, not indexed.
You see the page before anyone talks price.
When I write to a clinic, its page already exists. I build it for one procedure, from what the clinic publishes: its price, its financing, its booking steps. It sits on a private address that search engines don’t index.
Use it, give it to your web company, or have me finish it.
No email yet? Here is a full page I built for a fictional clinic, so you can judge the work.
Same prices for US and Gulf clinics.
The page is the smallest way to start.
| No. | Offer | In short | Price |

| 02 | Procedure-first website | Up to 10 pages. 6–8 weeks. | $12,000once |

Ad spend is always yours. You pay Google and Meta directly, from your own ad account.
Scope is counted in procedures, channels, pages and locations. Anything outside is quoted before work starts.
A sleeve patient and a revision patient read different pages.
So I build one page per procedure. Here is what goes on the first screen.
- Gastric sleeve
- Total price and monthly payment, side by side.
- Gastric bypass
- The steps, the surgeon and the price in one place.
- Revision surgery
- Who reviews the case, and what happens first.
- Duodenal switch / SADI-S
- Who it suits, the steps, and the long-term follow-up, in plain words.
- Endoscopic (ESG)
- How it compares with the sleeve and the balloon, on price and time off work.
- Gastric balloon
- The cost, and why a patient picks it over surgery.
- Medical weight loss
- The monthly cost and what it includes.
Your surgeon writes or approves every medical line. I write the marketing.
Four lines from the one-page order form.
Dates, scope and your way out. In writing.
- Dates
- Your page is ready for review 10 working days after I receive your inputs.
- Payment
- On projects, the last payment comes only after you accept the work. Monthly work is invoiced monthly, in advance.
- Ownership
- Ad accounts, pages, code and data are yours from day one.
- Order form
- One page: scope, dates, price, exit terms.

The person who writes to you builds your page.
NeoSenzu is founder-led. I am Saif Hobbi. I work from Tunis, Tunisia, on US Eastern and Gulf hours. There is no account manager and no hand-off. I work in English, Arabic and French.
If I am ever unavailable, your work keeps running: the accounts, pages, code and data are already yours.

- Gulf clinics
- 11:00–17:00 UAE, 10:00–16:00 KSA

- I aim to reply within the hour in those hours.
Check me before you reply
Ask for the company’s registration extract and tax ID. I send both before any call.
Before a website or any monthly work, we speak on camera for 20 minutes. You pay nothing before that call. For the $3,000 page, the call is your choice.
Everything you can checkWant the page for your clinic?
Tell me the clinic and the one procedure. If it fits, I build the page first and send you the link. If it doesn’t, I tell you why.

Replying costs you one line. The same day, you hear me walk through your page in a 3–5 minute video. No call needed for that.
