Scope, dates, price and exit terms are on a one-page order form before anything starts.
From my email to your page going live.
Seven steps. The work comes first. The call comes near the end, after you have seen the work.
Steps 1, 2, 4 and 5 are my work. Steps 3 and 7 are yours.
The steps
-
Step 1 · Me
The email.
I write to you about one of your procedures, with something specific I found in your search, ads or page.
-
Step 2 · Me
The page.
I build a page for that procedure before I send the link. It isn’t linked anywhere and search engines don’t index it. Only people with the link can open it.
-
Step 3 · You
Your reply.
One line is enough: “Yes, send it” or a question. It comes straight to me.
-
Step 4 · Me · the same day
A short video.
A 3–5 minute screen recording. I walk you through the page and what I would do next. Replying costs you one line. No call is needed for this.
-
Step 5 · Me
A one-page proposal.
Only for the one thing you said yes to. Scope, dates, price, exit terms.
-
Step 6 · Both · 20 minutes
A call, camera on.
To confirm scope and sign. Before a website or any monthly work, we speak on camera for 20 minutes, and you pay nothing before that call. For the $3,000 page, the call is your choice.
-
Step 7 · You, then me
Deposit, then the build.
The kickoff call is recorded. Then two written updates a week until it is live.
What I need from you
One list at the start. Then very little.
- Your siteAccess to your website, or a subdomain for the page.
- Your numbersYour price, your financing options and your booking process.
- Your surgeonA review of every medical line.
- Your photosPhotos you own, if you want them on the page.
- Your ad accountsAccess to your own ad accounts, for ads work.
After that: two written updates a week and, on the Engine, one 30-minute review a month.
For search work, the monthly report counts enquiries, not rankings.
Everything is counted for one procedure.
From the enquiry to the booked assessment. Six things, in this order:
- Form fills from the page
- Calls from the page
- Conversion events sent to Google and Meta
- Clarity heatmaps of where visitors stop
- Booked assessments, from your patient coordinator or CRM
- Cost per booked assessment, by procedure. The number I report.
None of these appears in a proposal of mine.
What I will never promise
- RankingsPage-one rankings by a date.
- VolumeA number of leads, booked assessments or surgeries.
- Other clinicsAnother clinic’s numbers as proof for yours.
- DiscountsA discount for signing this week.
What I do promise is in writing: the dates, the scope and your way out.
What you hear from me, and when
- Page or website build
- Two written updates a week.
- Search Visibility
- A monthly report, in enquiries.
- Paid Patient Acquisition
- A weekly note on spend and pace. A monthly report: cost per booked assessment.
- Engine
- Two written updates a week and a 30-minute review each month.
- In between
- I aim to reply within the hour in my working hours. That is an aim, not a promise.
Every report starts with what changed and what I will do next.
Nothing is paid on this website. No card details, ever.
On projects, the last payment comes only after you accept the work.
Monthly work is invoiced monthly, in advance.
- The page
- 50% on signing. 50% when you accept it, before it moves to your domain.
- A website
- 40% on signing. 40% when you accept the staging site. 20% on launch.
- Monthly work
- Invoiced monthly, in advance. 3-month minimum, then month to month. 30 days’ notice to stop.
- Ad spend
- You pay it to Google and Meta yourself, from your own ad account.
- How you pay
- Bank transfer (SWIFT), in USD, to the registered company named on the invoice.
