I’m Saif Hobbi. I build the pages and run the work myself.
NeoSenzu is my firm. I build patient-acquisition funnels for private weight-loss clinics, one procedure at a time. The person who writes to you is the person who builds your page.
There is no account manager and no hand-off. If I am ever unavailable, your work keeps running: the accounts, pages, code and data are already yours.
What I do
I only work with weight-loss clinics: sleeve, bypass, revision, duodenal switch and SADI-S, endoscopic, balloon and medical weight loss. No other specialties.

- NeoSenzu is a registered Tunisian company (SUARL), based in Tunis.
- Invoices
- In USD. Every invoice carries the company’s tax ID.
- Payment
- Bank transfer (SWIFT), to the registered company. Nothing is paid on this website, and there are no card payments.
- Order form
- Every job starts with a written one-page order form: scope, dates, price, exit terms.
- Ownership
- You own the ad accounts, pages, code and data from day one.
- Money
- On projects, the last payment comes only after you accept the work. Monthly work is invoiced monthly, in advance.

- Ask for the company’s registration extract and tax ID. I send both before any call.
- Before a website or any monthly work, we speak on camera for 20 minutes. You pay nothing before that call. For the $3,000 page, the call is your choice.
- You sign a one-page order form before any work starts. Payment goes by bank transfer to the company named on it.
- Nothing is paid on this website, and I never ask for logins before the order form is signed.

- Arabic is my first language. I work in English, Arabic and French.

Questions owners ask
Why do you build the page before I’ve paid?
Because a page shows the work better than a pitch. You keep it either way. Use it, give it to your web company, or have me finish it.
Why don’t you show clients or results?
NeoSenzu is new. There are no client pages or results to show yet, and I won’t invent any. So I show the work instead: the page I built for you, and the demonstration page.
Is it just you?
Yes. I do the work myself. You own every page and account, so your work keeps running if I am ever unavailable.
We already have an agency. Is this a problem?
No. Keep them. The page is yours to hand over. Or I take one procedure while they keep the rest.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. They stay in your name. You pay ad spend to Google and Meta directly.
Most of our patients use insurance. Does this fit?
This fits self-pay and financed patients. If insurance pays for most of your surgery, the fit is the procedures your patients pay for themselves. If there are none, I will tell you.
Do you write medical content?
I write the marketing. Your surgeon writes or approves every medical line before anything goes live.
Is there a long contract?
No. A one-page order form. Monthly work has a 3-month minimum, then runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. The 6-month Engine lets you leave at day 90 if the month-3 deliverables are missed, then runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.
Can we pay by card?
No. Bank transfer (SWIFT) in USD, to the registered company on the invoice. Nothing is paid on this website.
Do you work with Gulf clinics?
Yes, in English or Arabic, in Gulf hours. Prices are the same, in USD.
