I use what you send only to reply to you. I don’t sell it and I don’t share it.
What the form stores
- What you type
- Your clinic’s website, the procedure, your name, email, where the clinic is, how you want a reply, your number if you gave one, and your note.
- What the site adds
- The time it was received, your country (from the network, not a precise location), the page you came from, any private page link you opened, and the first 200 characters of your browser’s user-agent string (its name and version).
- Not stored
- Your IP address.
- Where
- In NeoSenzu’s own Cloudflare account. No other service holds a copy.
Nothing is paid on this website. No card details, ever.
What the site measures
I use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous usage analytics: which pages are read, and where visitors stop. Form fields are masked, so what you type is never recorded. Clarity does not load at all if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
There is no advertising on this site, and no tracking across other sites.
If you opened a private page I built for your clinic, your browser remembers that for 30 days so the site can link you back to it. That note stays in your browser. You can clear it any time by clearing site data.

Ask me to delete them and I will. Use the form and say so, or reply to my email.
